Dead - usually IC705 opto is to blame - Pt. No. RH-FX0106BMZZchanged to RH-FX0110BMZZ - When the opto fails it usually takes out the line output transistor(BUH515) and the feed resistor to the line o/p stage 1R2W resistor. You need to add a 145v avalanches diode to the circuit on the print side directly beneath C720(H.T. reservoir cap) which also will need to be replaced.
