This TV only started tuning the channels after about five minutes or more after turning it on. I measured the tuning and power supply voltage of the tuner and it is correct (12 and 33 volts).The voltage of –30 volts was –23volts, following the trail I found the capacitor c715 of 4.7uf 160volts next to the resistor r730 which was practically exhausted. After the change it worked normally again
