To enter service modePress & release diamond memory key on front ("Factory" shows on screen), press Index/Menu on hset within 5 secs; 1st tab on serv menu highlighted to allow entry of config code (02014) from handset. Pressing the R/C menu key again changes OSD to next setting, then alter with "Vol+" & "Vol-". To alter next parameter press sound button (under Vol+ button) to highlight next tab. Recommended values:- HO=02140; SO=01012; S1=00081; AO=00186; YO=00050; PO=15861; ZO=01369; P1=01665; Z1=00087; SP=00009
