After re-soldering it started working again, but all I had to do was move the chassis and the defect returned and r405 was almost smoking. The reason for the heating is that this resistor feeds the horizontal drive transistor collector and the cause of the defect was cold welding on IC11 which stops sending the horizontal pulse, making the base of Q402 very positive. Note: in the r405 scheme it has a value of 150Ω and a zener in parallel.
