Loses tune after a few seconds.Check capacitor c151 according to the code termination of ic601, as below: ic601 code. an5192k-a / c151 = 10nf cod. an5192k-b / c151 = 3.3nf depending on the termination of the ic601 code (a or b), the capacitors must be changed as described above.

On some devices, every time we change the channel, the characters chk appear on the screen after the channel number disappears. In these devices there was an insertion failure in the production line. modification: please check the presence of resistor r1073, and if it is absent, insert it.

At first there is a reduction in the picture, after some time on the television it turns off and does not turn on again. In places where the current is very low or there are many devices connected to the same socket, the resistor r872 burns and subsequently the capacitor c878 leaks from the power supply. Countermeasure: 1) change the value of the c880 capacitor from 10µf to 1µf. 2) place a diode in parallel with the capacitor c878.

Loss of color on channel 6 on mx3-r chassis (in some locations)There is a loss of color only on channel 6, which in certain locations causes: some video signals originating from local broadcasters have a delayed burst signal, meaning that the BGP (burst gate pulse) cannot identify it. Countermeasure: 1) change to the pal-m board (vep03d36a) a) remove the 2,200pf capacitor from position c823 and place a 3,900pf x 50v polyester capacitor. b) remove the 1,200pf capacitor from position c824 and place a 2,200pf x 50v polyester capacitor (use the capacitor removed from position c823). c) add a 27kΩ 5% 1/4w resistor in parallel with r834, fixing it to the board with an insulating material. or replace the 12kΩ resistor with an 8.2kΩ 5% 1/4w resistor. 2) change in the main board (main pcb - vep06b35c for nv-sd450br, vep06b35q for nv-sd465br, vep06b35n for nv-sd665br). Remove the 4.7uf capacitor from position c3038 and place a 1.0uf x 50v electrolytic capacitor.

Device without soundBurning of the ic2302 (volume, bass and treble control) the burning of the ic2302 is probably caused by electrostatics. solution: place a ma1150 or bzx79c15t77 zener diode in parallel with the c1166 capacitor, under the board, to protect the ic2302. note:. In every television model tc-29v50b that passes through an authorized workshop for repair, the ma1150 or bzx79c15t77 diode must be installed as a preventive measure, even if it does not have an audio defect.

Cold solder on resistor r-841 burns out of ic802(str), d184, c812, q804In the first production batches, the r841 resistor was mounted very close to the heatsink, which will cause cold soldering and oxidation on its terminals due to heat dissipation. as this resistor is located between the drive and the base of the power transistor, this bad contact will cause the ic802(str), d814, c812, q804 to burn. solution: 1) after the burnt components are replaced, the resistor r841 must be removed, checking that its value has not changed, and if it has, it must be replaced. If its value is ok, its terminals must be sanded and re-soldered in its position on the board. 2) please take this countermeasure for all devices that pass through the authorized workshop for maintenance, whether or not the device presents problems at the power supply.
