On the power supply board I found 3 swollen capacitors, cm812 (47μfx50v), cm859 (470μfx25v) and cb852 (1000μfx25v), they were replaced, but these were not the cause of the defect. The defect was poor contact in the flat cable socket (LVDS) that connects the signal board to the T-Con board. All I had to do was unplug it and plug it back in to return to normal.
