| PHILIPS | 29PT4635/78 LO1 | This TV arrived at the workshop with the vertical closed. the resistor in position 3479 of 2k7 open, was the cause of the problem. I replaced this resistor, and the device started to work normally for a few hours, until I noticed that the screen darkened and brightened slightly and then, it darkened once and for all, leaving the sound and normal OSD. After researching a little more, I found the smd transistor in position 7204 shorted.
