The power supply does not activate, the slow starter does not work.	C2540=100μF 25v was replaced, it was average in the test at 80μF, and c2530 of 1μFx100v was also replaced, I replaced the c2530 with a 2.2 x 100v one, I replaced the value of the original and it worked beautifully.
