PHILCO	PCM-2046	When turning on the LED blinks and with each blink the screen closes in the center, until it closes for good and has a thin, low hiss along with low pops	The TV had all normal voltages with the exception of the video's 180v - change the r715 c718 and d701 r713 r714 c723. note: the 4.7Ω r715 must have a tolerance of 5 percent because if the resistance is greater we will not have 180v but rather a different voltage, as that is what happened, I placed a 4.7Ω resistor that should have been with higher resistance and for this reason the voltage did not reach 20v so I put another one in parallel with 10kΩ and then 185 v appeared.
