This TV wouldn't turn on, it came with a cricket-like chirp, the cause was the d406 horizontal output damping diode which was shorted, I replaced the diode, the TV turned on more with the expanded width, I scanned the ew circuit and found the q405 smd shorted bc858 pnp can place a bf423 respecting its emitter position connected to the base of the q403 bd238.
